I use the Freedom brow pomade which is fantastic, great dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow and is a quarter of the price, huge range of shades, is very long-lasting, waterproof, chlorine proof.

I just got the new Goof Proof brow pencil by Benefit! It actually has an amazing color range and the tip is tear drop shaped. I haven't tested the water proof claim yet but I've heard good things.

I use the Anastasia pomade and for powder I love the flower brow quad. I've had it over a year now and I'm barely hitting pan on the the blonde and brown shades. I am not fond of pencils, I can't seem to make them look as natural. but that's more about my skill than the product itself.

Too faced bulletproof brows - it's quite pricey but it's sure worth it! Smudgeproof, water proof it does not come off until you remove it it's amazing

I second the Too Faced Bulletproof brows, in the shade Universal Taupe. As the name suggests, it definitely works with both light and dark hair. My cousin (who's blonde) and I (a brunette) use it and it looks great. Though I do not know how it would look on redheads.

I use Mac fluidline brow in dirty blonde, I go back & foward between brown & blonde too. It's very easy to darken or soften the look with using more or less product. Also waterproof & cheaper than ABH & tbh I like it better (:

I use the abh pomade in dark brown or the Colour Pop eyebrow pencil in black and brown.
I know Clinique has nice shades that complement blondes well.

On an everyday look I use the Anastasia brow wiz or the new benefit goof proof.
When I'm going out I'll fill them a bit with the pencil then carve them out with my dipbrow!

I use the IT Cosmetics Brow Power, it's a universal shade. I bought the travel size pencil from Ulta just to try it out and it's lasted me forever, I absolutely love it (:
