I'm looking for a good affordable eyeshadow palette that has a great pigment. I am ok with spending $0 - $60. I also want it to have matte neutral colours, it's ok if it has some shimmer ones but mostly matte😊 I live in Australia so it would be good if the brand is Australian or can ship to Australia!!

Chichicosmetics.com has aa variety of palettes that have the description right on top. They have naturals and others too but the thing is that you only get free shipping on orders over $50 and the palettes cost $22.95. And you don't know the trouble I went threw to try and find it.😂

Tartlette In Bloom has a nice mix of matte and shimmer. It is warm- neutral toned, not cool. I love it- I have blue eyes and I find the colors very flattering.

I really like makeup atelier pallets.. theyr colors combos are they easiets to work with and easy to to creat so many looks with. I remember starting to apply makeup using it..I was lucky to rcv them as a gift from my mom back when I was in highschool.

Have you heard of coastal scents? the shadows are 2$ each and you can build your own palettes. I have 48 of them and they all have great pigmentation and blend beautifully. I think that's the best way to get the most for your money, I feel like they are a better value than most of the palettes in my collection. otherwise I like ofthe quality of Kats shadows, though my favorite palettes from her are all discontinued. the balm has some good palettes for a good price. they aren't my favorite shadows but I think they are worth their salt so to speak. morphe is hit or
miss for good shadows but they are really well priced. acevivi palettes are good quality for the price too. they aren't the most pigmented but they are easy to blend and build. tarte and Anastasia are my second and third favorites at sephora after Kat. lorac makes some really good shadows too, super soft and pigmented and easy to blend.

The too faced natural matte palette is amazing! It was pretty cheap too (I live in Australia) so if you go to Mecca maxima (online or in store ) you can get it x if you order it from the online store it arrives in 2-3 days x
