Why don't you do eyes, do white as the base, and then put red shadow in the corner of your eye, maybe add sparkle to make your eyes look more open, and then blue near the outside of your eye and leave the middle white, and put sparkles right next to the outside of your eye?

I think you should do something like the first eye picture you sent and just do a red lip stick? maybe morphe eyeshadow? they're pretty cheap. and good.
