Where can I find a Matte Liquid Liner that doesn't come off so easy?!

Sooo the one I've been using lately is the MUFE but it comes off so easy and it is summer time and I do love wearing my liquid eyeliner can you ladies please let me know which one do you ladies use and it has to be like this one that I use I can't use the pens I suck with pens and GEL liners only liquid liners like these I'm good with and also not water proof bkus they have like a glossy finish I want a MATTE finish one that actually is pigmented lmk your suggestion ladies thank you in advance!

I like the Milani Infinite liner. It's very similar to the MAC Liquidlast and its waterproof but it's not glossy at all, it's matte

I love ELFs liner. It's like $2 & it lasts all day on me & I work in a hot kitchen all day. It's pretty matte & pretty black. It's easy to get off but it's smudge proof.

It lasts VERY long.
It was actually kind of hard to get off, I had to use pure olive oil and rub it or a few seconds for it to even budge. I'm someone with hooded eyes and oily lids plus I do perspire a bit and it definitely holds up.

I use the NYC Liquid Liner and its the best. Its affordable and super easy to work with. It doesn't smudge and is matte. I've never had it transfer onto my crease. I'd give it a try since it is so affordable.
