When/Where to wear GREEN lipstick??

So I just received JS dirty money! I'm also waiting on Mistletoe to do an ombré lip with the two of them. I'm in love with the way it looks but where and when would I wear it? I know st Patrick's day and Christmas are the most obvious choices but what else? would it look weird on like a normal day?
