@Selina B, glue scares the shit out of me anymore. I used to glue my hair up into a Mohawk when I was in 7th grade. Lol. I would say either. For glue though you have to be careful because some of the glue removal products don't always get all the glue out. I saw a girl who had to get cone hair cut out because of it. Clip ins are fun cause you can take them out when you get itchy and move them around. Better way, get extentions beaded into your hair. Just be careful cause any find of extentions make your scalp itchy, and its annoying. Lol.

@Veronika L, Be more specific. What are you looking to do bleach or just regular basic color?
Jan 6, 2013
Lisa W.
@Veronika L, dye is just another word for color. Unless you're talking about henna dye. Henna dye by the way is OK sometimes. But its really hard to get out of your hair, and some have a lot of chemicals in them, and if you say for example wanted highlights and didn't say anything to your stylist about the henna being in there you could have major problems. You could pull up some odd colors, or the color might not take at all. There are SO many types of color/dye out there. Nonoxidative colors (temporary, semi-permanent colors), oxidative colors (long lasting semi-permanent, and permanent colors). Then we get into lighteners or bleach (on scalp, off scalp lighteners or bleach).

do you have tips for relaxed hair? It's really dry, and I'm trying to grow my hair...tips?

@Angela S, I would definitely do a face frame and some layers. I would also do an asymmetricial bob as well. You have the chin and face for it. Asymmetricial bobs if you don't know what they are (Victoria Beckham's hair cut). Color wise, honestly keep the color you have now, its beautiful on you. But if you're bored with it I'd bring your hair to a level 7 medium brown.

Kierstin G, less is always better, because too much can weigh it down or make it too greasy. Check out its a 10 leave in Keratin treatment. Keratin is what your hair is made up of. You can skip conditioner, I do that once in awhile. As long as you trim your hair every month or every 2 months you should be good.

@Mari C, If you don't have a sensitive scalp I would look into Paul Mitchell's tea tree line. Its amazing on dandruff! If you like a minty smells, and don't mind your scalp tingling you'll like it. But if you have a sensitive scalp, it'll feel like you're head is on fire!
