Hi lady's so I wear hair extensions and I feel like there is a better way to wash them than I am I wash mine 2 times every month with shampoo an conditioner how do you lady's wash yours if you wear them or if you know of a good way to wash them let me know any suggestions is good thanks.

You should be using a shampoo/conditioner specifically made for extensions. They do not produce oils like the hair on your scalp, so you have to replace them through shampoos, conditioners, and leave ins. You should also be using a leave in treatment and allowing the extensions to air dry. Don't ring them out, as that can cause breakage and dramatically decreases the lifespan of extensions.

I'm an extensions wearer of virgin hair when I feel like making a wig lol; and especially if the hair is straight maintenance is easy.
I wash mine with herbal essence shampoo and conditioner (the blue bottle). I do NOT spend too much money where I do not HAVE to on the products I use on them unless I have bleached and dyed them. I may add some john Frieda serum for frizz or something but that's about it. and they always hold up for 1-2 years.
