I don't know what it is, but lip liner makes me look like a clown. I'm no way experienced in doing lip liner so what are your tips.? What are some drug store lip liners you use? I have medium-thick lips is that why I look like a idot wearing lip liner? Any techniques or tips

If you already have nice lips then use the lip liner more on the inside of the lip line, don't try to overdraw them by drawing over the lip line.

For me, I find it so hard to make my lip liner defined because I already have so big lips, what I do is make them smaller by using concealer around the edges of my lips, it makes it more defined and easier for me to apply liner.
