Jackie, I would still email them and explain everything. It doesn't hurt to ask! Once when I ordered an Ultra Satin Lip they sent me the wrong shade so I emailed them about it and I got a coupon to get the shade I ordered for free and I got to keep the other shade they sent me. Maybe they'll be able to give you a coupon to get another shade (:

I would wait, yes, so if the other 2 are the same way you can do everything all at once.
