Is this foundation sheer or medium coverage? Also since its water based its good to use on dry skin right?

I found it to be medium coverage and I have oily/combo skin and felt like it was a bit Dewey on me so I think it's better suited for normal/dry skin.

Very natural looking - I can't say that it really hydrated my skin since my skin feels more oily normally - but it didn't stick to or accentuate my dry areas either so that was a plus.

It's definitely more medium coverage, and I would use it on dry skin unless you're very dry/flaky.
It has a slight dewiness that looks nice but can be a bit too much. I feel like I has to be set on me, otherwise it just feels... Wet? Slightly sticky and transfers if I don't.
If you're more on the dry side I don't think this will be as much of an issue though.
