I need help. I'm really in need of a good long wearing foundation. I have really oily skin and foundations just never want to stay no matter how much I set or try to get them to stay. I want to try the Estée Lauder double wear or the MAC pro long wear waterproof one but I am really asking for recommendations before I go out and buy one that doesn't even stay on my face. Please help 😫😫

I suggest getting samples and see how you like them. I've been wanting to get the Estée Lauder one too but I always order the wrong shade :/ and the sephoras around me don't sell it in store, but I never get the chance to go into Macy's and try it out. But I did try it out about 2-3 times and I liked how it was long wearing, but at the time my skin was dry soo I'm not sure how it would work with oily skin.

Cianna I love the Merle Norman Lasting Foundation but it isn't easily available.
Alexis, I have been meaning to try Estee Lauder one! thank you for the review! have you tried the Becca matte foundation? I use the Becca Ever Matte primer and its AMAZING! but I don't want a super matte cakey face so I am wondering if Becca paired with Becca would give me a dead matte face

I love the MAC pro longwear nourishing waterproof ones formula! It's really good, lightweight and definitely holds up.
Just be sure to work in thin layers letting each dry down.
I'd use my finger to sort of pat it on.
The only thing I didn't like was the shade I have (NC35) is too pink/orangey.

Estée Lauder DW and MAC also try Dior skin I just bought it at Sephora the girl there highly recommended it to me and today's the third day I wore it and I'm liking it but still can't say about a really hot day and I'll know for sure if I like it.. My face is dry combination so I have a really oily t zone..

Thank you guys so much! I actually purchased double wear today and I'm planning on getting the MAC one as well soon. I'm excited to try it! And Rida I wear the Merle Norman long lasting foundation but my store didn't have the shade I needed and they weren't getting a new shipment until next Thursday.
