I love whitening lightning. it gives results immediately but It does take a little amount of time tho depending on how yellow your teeth are :)

I love regular crest whitening strips. I've used them so much now it doesn't matter if I use them or not because my teeth are so white lol. I use their diamond white tooth paste too which whitens in up to 5 days.

Get the Crest ones. Changed me life. I was thinking about going to the dentist to have it done, I'm glad I didn't. I had a box of 20 strips, I didn't have to use them all, that was a year ago and my teeth are still white even though I drink tea every day.
