So what's your take on African Black Soap?
I just recently started using it so I haven't been able to see changes just yet but I wanted to know what you ladies thought of it.
The ingredients are natural and the soap is supposed really clear your skin from acne, scars to eczema.

It is really drying, so if you already have dry skin I would avoid it. Other than that it did seem to clean well.

My mom really likes it and how it gives that super clean feeling but for me, it's too drying and I don't like that tight feeling it leaves my skin.
My mom says it helps to prevent her from getting some acne though.
it just depends on the person.

When I first started using it I loved the results. It started clearing my breakouts fast and left my skin feeling smooth, but after a few weeks it got drying and irritating. It actually made me breakout more. /:

I think it depends on your skin type and if the soap is 100% genuine African black soap

Is this for your body or for your face? I use the African Black Soap body wash and it leaves me clean feeling and soft and the smell is great and kinda of sensual smelling. As far as body acne, it's pretty good on everything except for deep cystic acne.

Yes. I understand. I think I have been breaking out a little more and it does leave my skin a little dry so I need to moisturize but it does also leave my skin feeling soft. So if it causes more breakouts then should I stop using it? Or is it because my skin isn't used to it? Sydney I have read that people use it for both their body and face.

I use the trouble skin moisturizer and it's okay, it mattifies my face at first but seems to get oily later & as far as helping my acne / oily skin it's not the best
