I get this sort of rash after being outside and sweating a lot. I live in central Texas, so it's pretty hot. The redness will go down, but the bumps stay and eventually turn into little pustules. The picture I have posted is about 30 minutes after he first showed up. So it had gone down.

It could be heat rash but I'm not expert. possibly sunburn. my mums face swelled up like an aliens when she had severe sunburn. I'd suggest going to a pharmacist

Thanks Gemma... It's only when I'm sweaty...and this last one, I was only outside 15 minutes, at the most.

They look like heat rash yes. When my daughter was younger, she would break out in little white pustules like that :(

Definitely resembles heat rash. my mom has a problem with heat rash and it looms exactly like that. she applies aloe vera.

Yeh I'de say heat rash but I've seen other heat rashes with out the pimples more like hives but it could still be it.. Also is it anywhere else besides your face? And is this sudden? I've read about certain people being allergic to their own sweat.. Recently read about some poor girl in Florida I think that gets these same looking rashes from sweating cuz she's allergic to her own sweat and stays mostly indoors but I hope that's not the case.. You should go to a dr and check it out and let them know when and where it happens... In the mean time have you tried taking benedryl if your not allergic to it or related to it...

What kind of face cleanser and moisturizer do you use? You may be using something that clogs your pores, which means the oil trying to escape gets stuck and causes these little pustules. I live in New Orleans so I have a pretty good idea of what kind of environment you're in. Humidity is 85% at 7:30 this morning - yikes! I know if I'm outside for more than 5 minutes, moisture just kind of beads up all over my face. It sucks but I just switched cleanser/moisturizer/foundation so I'm hoping it will go well.
