It lasts forever as long as you continuously brush your teeth 2 times a day. It can fade if you only do it once a day. I have used them for so long so now I don't need them anymore because they haven't changed in like a year. I do brush my teeth 2 times a day though with the diamond white crest toothpaste, and I use that mouthwash.

As Chelle said, brush twice a day minimum and also use whitening toothpaste... it really helps.

These are amazing! I've just finished my last lack a two months ago and my teeth are still so white! So make sure you just brush your teeth twice a day and they will be fine!:)

Ms, they can make thrm sensitive... it depends on the person though. I personality get super sensitive and have a bit of pain but a lot of people don't.

I would go with Colgate. The optic white products they have are amazing! Plus, colgate does test on animals, as does Crest. I refuse to use any crest products. If you saw what animals had to go through, you'd avoid too.
