Hi guys!

I'm here to talk about what happens to me.
I already bought 3 times in here,I never had a problem before (btw I'm from Japan). But I bought that Jeffree Star Skin Frost.. And this happen! Its ALL IN LITTLE PIECES! And I just opened my box 😭😭😭😭💔
Can anyone help me? Anyone else had that problem too?

Hi Lihh, you just have to contact customer service and let then know what happened, possibly include a picture and your order number, and they will take care of it for you :)

Hi Lihh, You just have to send them an email with a pic of the broken highlighter, packing slip and box and they will most likely refund your purchase. My 'King Tut' was shattered when it arrived as well.
