It's super easy! you just need to learn how to do dutch braids :) there are tons of tutorials on YouTube (I find it easier than French braids).

I do this style pretty often and I agree with Lara that its pretty easy, if you can do a french or a dutch braid just normal down the back, its just the same way to do it you just divide your hair into 2 sections and make 2 french and dutch braids (I also find dutch braids easier then french but both will work) And yes your arms can get a little soar but it only take 2-3 minuts :)
