Ulta makes some ok products. I use to love their blushes and bronzers. The brushes are not the greatest unless they have changed, but that's an awesome offer!

I've never tried out any of their products but I'm a sucker when they offer free gifts. I get sucked into buying things all the time with them lol!!

That makeup bag is soo cute! Even if all the products sucks (which I doubt they will) the bag alone would be worthwhile ;) I say go for it! It's free ;)
