I have a aqua blue dress and I want to do a subtle lip with an all out eye I need help I'm pale as all get out and I will have blonde hair when prom comes and it will be an up do so people will clearly see my makeup I need help!! The pic is my dress.

I would do a silver or a white shimmery like snow queen eye and stay away from blues. I'm not a fan of too matchy matchy

This is a look I did on my friend for her semi with a blue dress like yours but a bit darker this look might not be for you but she wanted something a bit more natural.
