Have you been on birth control long? If you've started fairly recently then your skin may settle down again once it gets used to the hormones.

In the meantime I'd keep your skincare relatively simple and incorporate a spot treatment. Personally I like La Roche Posay Effeclar Duo. It's not the quickest but I find it works really well for me.

If you just started, its normal. I always get pimples when I start/stop (I mean stop completely, not at the end of every period cycle). I would apply a spot treatment, I usually use tea tree oil because it works well on my skin. but I wouldnt be too worried unless this problem perisists for months. it should probably diminish and then you won't really have bad breakouts. I'm no professional but that has been my experience with BC for the past 5 years

Its caused by the changes in hormones, your body should adjust with time.

You can dilute it to like 1 drop of water with 1 drop of tea tree. I personnaly don't though.

I just stopped the Depo shot after six months and I have TERRIBLE cystic hormonal acne. Same thing as when I started it. Tea tree oil has helped, but sometimes you just have to wait it out unfortunately! :/

Since you are just starting out, your body has to get used to the pills you are taking so it will take a while before your body adjusts to it.So for the time being you can try using a good acne clearing face wash.
