Hey everyone I'm starting school again in a couple of days and because I'm in senior collage we have to wear black tights, a shirt, a tie, a lone sleeve blouse and sometimes a blazer and I'm so scared of sweating through my long sleeve blouse can anyone help me? I do wear deoderant but it doesn't seem to be strong enough :/

Do you use clinical strength deodorant? After I had my second child I sweat so much. The only thing I found to help was the clinical strength deodorant. Hope this helps.

You actually should make sure you're looking into an antiperspirant rather than just a deodorant. A deodorant is to help with any smells that sweating causes while an antiperspirant will help minimize sweating.

A natural way to reduce sweating is by drinking more water - sweat is necessary to cool us off but excessive sweating is a sign of dehydration - try taking water in your backpack and drink it throughout the day to stay hydrated and feel cooler - deodorant and anti-perspirant can only help you in your pits - but it won't stop the rest of your body from sweating to cool off - another thing you can do is wear or bring extra shirts to school to change out of sweaty shirts throughout the day - hope that helps :)

You should see your doctor about hyperhidrosis. It's excess sweating. If you do have it, there's a special anti perspirant called drysol. You put it on at night and it helps block the sweat glands. It really helped me when I had sweating as a side effect from a needed medication. I used it for about a week and now I just use the deodorant. But I wouldn't use it without doctors recommendations.

I agree with all the suggestions above, definitely try them too, but if you already own an Urban Decay setting spray you can use it to help control your body temperature. I was talking with a UD rep not too long ago and she said that she struggles with excess sweating and she sprays it on her problem areas and it helps her a lot. She said Urban won't say how it works, but the setting sprays have temperature control technology that helps cool the skin and prevent sweating through makeup (and clothes in her case). I tried it the other day when I was suffocating in a thick cardigan I had to keep on and it really did make a difference! I don't know that I'd say go out and buy it just for that reason, but if you already own it, try spraying it on your body.
