I own On and On Bronze and although I don't use it as a base for eyeshadow (I use it as the actual eyeshadow on its own), it's amazing! It doesn't crease AT ALL on me and I've got such oily lids and many other eyeshadows (even high end) crease on me. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I think these eyeshadows/eyeshadow bases are great! But I think that the quality varies between different shades. Some shades may come out a bit patchy and you might have to layer them to get the desired coverage. My personal favorite one is the shade 35 - on and on bronze (swatched below). It is very pigmented and swatches evenly. It dries to a pretty dry finish by itself, but as you mention to use it (as a base), I think it works even better. When you "set it" with a shadow it lasts really well on the lids.

I like them and just a bit of info is that they just lay on the lid not ment to use as a all over pass crease product. I also suggest looking into Elf smudge pot cream shadow's those things are great. :)

I actually bought a light pink (don't remember the actual name) ELF smudge pot Alma! I bought it intentionally as an eyeshadow base as well, however it's WAY too shimmery for that :( I still use it sometimes on the lid when I'm doing a gradient eye though. Still a great product :)

Fierce & Tangy Edgy Emerald and Tough as Taupe. :)

Have you looked into Mac paint pots or Paints Peintures?
You might like (paint pot) shade Painterly or (Paints Peintures) in shade Bare Canvas.

They are a bit similar but the Tattoo get a little stiff in the pot after awhile. :)
