I have used it and it is cracked and flakey upon drying. very vibrant and hold on the upper lie. I personally thought it was cool but my friends told me that I looked scary.

If you style the white liner with bold, black lashes, the white looks less harsh. This particular liner however, I've heard from many people is not great, it's not very opaque & it cracks. The black matte liquid liner from NYX (it's in similar packaging) on the other hand, is freaking AWESOME & I love it.
