I honestly prefer it without. It's really beautiful but it distracts from your dress a little bit specifically the silver bead design. Your dress is beautiful by the way!

Maybe not the earrings of you wear the necklace.. I feel like you can wear the necklace and it look super cute but not the dangly earrings. Wear diamond earrings instead.

If I were you I think I would wear the necklace but skip the earrings. If you like the earrings the best though then I would say it's a bit busy with both and to wear one or the other.
But, I mean, it's prom! I was glitzed to the heavens for mine. If there's any night to be a shining glitter ball, Prom is definitely it lol :)
