I'm not entirely sure if this is in the right place, but I've recently been asked to do makeup for a wedding, on a pair of sisters, the one getting married and the younger sister. I have absolutely no idea what I should be charging for this. Any suggestions?

First of all, congrats to thebride and to you.
Second, it totally depends upon the type of make up you do. Like for light you should charge like $150-200 and for dark $200-300.
