I need the best shampoo for oily hair that will keep my hair looking right for at least one day. my hair is so oily it gets greasy within hours of washing it and I would love to be able to pull off loose hair all day without it looking nasty. I'd take home remedies, any treatment, products, advice, ANYTHING I'm DESPERATEE.

When you condition do you do all of your hair or just the ponytail part? ever since I started doing just my ponytail my hair hasn't been greasy at all. also tresseme is my favorite shampoo and conditioner

Only condition the ends and only put serums on your ends - try a clarifying shampoo - one that isn't too harsh - I like the awapuhi line by Paul Mitchell - it really cleans the scalp well without stripping it and making it dry.

also I can tell you how to trick your hair...
I have dandruff tried every anti dandruff shampoo nothing worked for me.
then I tried one natural remedy..
washing your hair with curd and fenugreek seed daily for 7 days
and it was necessary to not use shampoo to see results..
today is my 5th day without using shampoo and my scalp is not greasy and there is a big difference in my dandruff...
what I whant to tell you is using harsh chemicals strips oil which makes our scalp more greasy.
I used to wash my hair every 2nd day because my hair get too oily. try some chemicals free products

Well there is no such thing as chemical free products even water has chemicals in it (di hydrogen mono oxide) but maybe you meant to suggest more natural products that don't have as many synthetic chemicals in them?

Yes Diana I meant more natural products.

After 7 days I am going to wash my hair with shampoo but which less in chemicals.
