I need to know what the best primers for oily skin are. Price range does not matter but I need quality. (:

I absolutely love the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, I find that it helps keep me matte longer (:

I'm on the Hourglass mineral veil primer bandwagon! can't get enough of the awesomeness that it is! Keeps my oily skin from becoming a problem for a good 8 hours.

Becca ever matte pore perfecting primer...its AMAZINGGG! I've tried hourglass, smashbox, too faced everything...becca is the best...and if you pair it up with UD all nighter spray and your makeup won't budge!

I agree wth Hailey and Rida! I loooove the Becca Ever Matte. It sets very quickly though so you need to work fast with it or you'll be able to see it under your foundation. I usually use it in my t zone and another primer for the rest of my face. It works really well with most of the foundations I own but I don't live with with my MUFE ultra HD foundation.

I use the Shany hydrating foundation primer,

works wonders for my skin as I seem to have pores the size of craters.

Personally, I think hourglass is a great primer for oily skin in the winter/fall months. But the jasmine iris primer by Pacifica is hands down the best spring/summer primer out there, it doesn't get enough love! Only use if you are VERY oily because it is VERY mattifying. Almost uncomfortably so, but that's why it's so helpful. It's a very watery consistency, so make sure you squirt it into your palm, otherwise it ends up everywhere.

Kailey do you know if anywhere besides Ulta carries it? Most ultas don't have it in store

1) MAKE UP FOR EVER Step 1 Primer - leaves skin feeling really matte and a hint taut (in a good way).
2) NATASHA DENONA Magic Primer Anti-Shine Flawless Face Base - a very soft gel-like texture primer, disappears into the skin nicely after application. I like the fact that I don't feel like I'm wearing another layer of product.
3) KEVYN AUCOIN The Primed Skin Developer for Normal/Oily Skin. Expensive. Practically identical to the Natasha Denona Magic Primer.

Sometimes I mix a bit of the KA Primed Skin Developer in with my foundation and apply the mix after using the ND Magic Primer as my base primer. This combo causes my make-up to hold up really well - I've got very oily skin and live in a very warm + humid city.
