We all deal with insecurities but now it's as though it's promoted to cash in on the insecurities of other's. For example don't like your feet why don't you buy this palette that so and so uses to create pretty glowing feet lol ;)
By the way not only did they try to contour toes they also used Highlighter on the top of the foot. Smh 😕

Sharon Farrell on YouTube does daily vlogs also and recently her vlog was about her and Karima McKimmie contouring Chloe Morello's entire body. While I do think body contouring is interesting and I have looked into contouring my chest I wouldn't actually do it and contouring your toes, hands, and literally every inch of you is ridiculous. I'll watch Sharon's video on contouring Chloe's body because I love Sharon and Karima (I think the video might actually go up on Karima's channel) and I don't think they go as extreme as contouring her hands and toes.

I love makeup, and I really do think it's an art form. that said, I think the overdose of contouring is pretty ridiculous. You should still shine through. contouring your hands, neck, feet, legs etc.is disturbing. To me, it just seems like body hating. I'll keep my thick ankles and pudgy hands.

Alexis I'm truly not familiar with those you mentioned but I'll give a look. What body contouring are they doing? The chest has been a really old trick for sure but toes lol could you imagine how many contoured highlighted feet we will be seeing in the summer.

It was kind of a "sneak peek", I guess, as to what to main channel video is going to be about. It looks like the two of them just took cream and powder contouring products and contoured Chloe's body from about the neck down, I think,
Also, if I see someone with contoured and highlighted feet I will say something about it. Sometimes my thoughts don't filter through my brain before coming out of my mouth so I know if/when I see something as ridiculous as that I'll just blurt something out.

I can see the girls who contour there feet contouring with the too faced contour palette so there feet not only look good but also take that cheesy smell away and they smell like chocolate lol 👣🍫

I actually breast contouring for some of clients. But I just recently saw a video of how to contour the back of your neck. Now for me I don't find use for this. I personally think its a waste. On the foot -_- won't it come off?? unless you set it... but why?? I don't know, to all thier own but it's not my cup of tea.

If I can be truly honest, I find contouring anything other than the face for regular wear completely stupid. this is just my opinion... I don't think people should be contouring on a daily basis anyway, and contouring your chest/abs/other body parts almost always looks unnatural and weird to me. of course, I don't think this way for photography, theater or film because these are different categories in my head. but lately, I've been really "turned off" by all these instagram videos of girls overly contouring, contouring body parts or just using stupid techniques (utensils, tape, rulers, anything you can think of basically). I feel like all these "gurus" invent new techniques to try and out-do each other, and as a young adult I find it really awkward, maybe I would have thought it was funny as a young teen... who knows. I know I'm going further than the original topic but I feel like this huge "trend" of contouring is going to far... girls (and guys) feel like they have to contour if they do makeup and that's so untrue. I have friends ask me all the time if they need to do it or what to buy... I feel like it kinda knocks down some people's confidence... anywhoooo thats just mt opinion, I try not to be a hater, but I like to see creativity rather than what's trending!
