I've been trying to grow out my hair for about 5 months now. I haven't seen any big changes in my hair and it hasn't gotten any thicker. is there any tips you can give me to grow it out faster and thicker?

I've had a lot of people say to use the mane and tail shampoo and conditioner! You can get it at places like Wal-Mart.
