Will The Green Smashbox Primer Dry My Skin Out??

I'm looking for a really good primer and I've heard great reviews about the smashbox range, I know the green one would be best for me because I have a lot of redness- the problem is my skin is also very dry and I'm worried that it will only dry my skin out further :/ if anyone has tried the green smashbox primer and knows what I'm going on about then your reviews and advice will be much appreciated!! Thank you :) x
