I have medium length hair which grows slowly. What are some good ways to get it to grow faster?

eat clean, and get a fat conditioner. also get a hair cut so your ends doesn't split, but remember dont cut more of than it gave grown :-)

get trims. try coconut oil hair masks. and dont use heat on your ends.
