How do you put eyeliner on perfectly and not too thick?

Go to a artist at MAC its hard to do it lol. But if you wanna do it then use a eyeliner brush

Try using liquid with a felt tip. Revlon has good eyeliners. Do it in small strokes and don't press too hard.
