Don't pierce your nose darlin! You have gorgeous brown eyes so you can wear anything.. Go for gem tones to start

You should dye you hair lighter brown with dirty blonde highlights and a nose piercing would look amazing and a brown tinted skin colored eye shadow but if not that you are even more beautiful the way you are honey...haha
