practice the needle position more often and holdd it for about 30 seconds ...gotta get used to the pain haha

Well if you can do the splits try getting a a closed space like a doorway and do the splits up the wall and it should definitley help! My cheer coach had this in our conditioning for cheer! It also helps with scorpions! :)

Practice lying on the floor or against a wall.. Do kicks with ankle weights for added flexibility
