Tips for not picking at scabs!

Hey girls! So my acne is not bad at all, but whenever i do get a pimple and later just have a scab, i can't seem to keep myself from picking it. I'm constantly drawing blood and leaving acne scars. Any tips on how to keep myself from picking or keeping them moisturized?

I do the same thing.
Honestly you just need to get into the habit of not. I used to use a skin healing gel type thing for my scabs, so they'd just go away faster.

Don't pick them in the first place! It leads to scars!
