I believe there is a YouTube video about this by arcadianailart. Or you could put on one thick layer of a polish you don't like, wait for it to soften up, and then wipe off the polish

Has anyone ever heard of using Elmer's glue as a base coat to make peel of nail polish to remove glitter nail polish? Does it work? What else do you guys do?
