Thanks guys! I've been trying to eat healthier. I've been running on a treadmill every night and than doing jumpin jacks, sit ups, push ups, lunges and squats. Do you think this is enough to make a change in my body?

The more water you drink, the less you snack because you stomach is full, and you also get healthier skin. Veggies, fruits, whole grains. Do tons of different types of exercise so you don't get bored: yoga, running, sports, hiking, dancing, whatever you like!!

Look up The Trim Club you losse quickly Im on it it works amazingly and no excercise people will read this and say impossible but its all about your diet and portions

I swear by Maximized Living's Advanced Plan (lost 20lbs in about two months) when I was working out with their 12 min per day workouts. It's not easy- you have to give up most carbs and all sugar (except some fruit).. but I felt A-Mazing.

I kind of fell off the diet, stopped working out, and gained some of the weight back... so I just started a 30 day challenge of sticking to the diet 100% It's been a little over a week and I've already lost 5Ibs : )

I had 2 babies back to back and gained 50lbs with each. I drank this everyday and only did 15 mins of cardio everyday and ate 1200. I lost 13lbs in 2 weeks. I gradually increased my cardio time and 3 months later I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight. it was hard at first but now its easy to eat healthy and exercise since its part of my everyday life.

You know what has really helped me? I recently bought a food processor and every morning I make myself some type of smoothie. Ill use ice and yogurt and fruits and vegetables and you can't even taste the vegetables and it is so good for you and keeps you full and focused for a while. Also eat lots of lean proteins and fish along with fruits and veggies. Lots of cardio and muscular training will help you lose the weight. I also do insanity and tred mill plus elliptical.

The old Indian way works for me well. You just mix a little bit of honey, a few drops of lemon juice and a cup of boiling water and have that twice a day

Switch up your workout routine. Example one day go to the weight room and the next run ,because if you do the same thing every day your body will adapt! Good luck!!! :)

Those fatty drinks NO! i only drink water and zero calorie Teas
And a light breakfast such as a banna with green tea and lunch something like a Granola bar with water and dinner shrimp and corn get it? Light but filling foods

Like Rachel C, I also dropped soda as well as "junk" foods from my diet and drank green tea & water (LOTS)! I dropped an average of 5-7 lbs a week :) I also heard somewhere that if you drink 80oz of water a day, you begin to trick your body into thinking that it doesn't need to hold onto the extra water weight - I don't know if that is true but hey, drinking 80oz of water a day can't hurt, right? Haha! When I began my journey to lose weight, I also did a colon cleanse - picked up the "Super Colon Cleanse" at my local drugstore - and it helped me detox and kick-started my weight loss :)

Eating grapefruits for breakfast also fills you up and burns fat, drink water before and after every meal too
