Hey girls so I'm really going to stick to my workout this time and eating healthier. Is there any tips or anything that can make me lose weight more effectively or tips on foods to eat ? :)
Organic foods are good and gluten free foods (:
I once weighed 200+ pounds. Lost it all by cutting all soda, drinking a crap load of water, eating tons of veggies and fruits and keeping my calorie intake to 1200 per day. Also workout 3-4 times a week. I also initially got a trainer then just stuck to their plans the rest of the way.
Eat clean TRAIN MEAN RAAAAWR whip it
Protein will help too. It helps build muscle while making you feel full. Also doing strength training helped me get into shape. I use bodybuilding.com for ideas for workouts. It's not a site just for bodybuilders, it also has really helpful articles for women wanting to get fit.
Eating grapefruits for breakfast also fills you up and burns fat, drink water before and after every meal too
Thanks girls! @rachel how long did it take for you to lose the weight?
It took me about a year and a half and been maintaining for 4 years now. I usually fluctuate about 10 pounds and still struggle, but it's a new year!!! We can do it!! :)
Try this website http://www.blogilates.com. They have amazing workouts and meal plans for free!!!
Less carbs and more protein.
Lots and lots of water!!
I agree with Lisa B I absolutely love the blogilates workouts
Like Rachel C, I also dropped soda as well as "junk" foods from my diet and drank green tea & water (LOTS)! I dropped an average of 5-7 lbs a week :) I also heard somewhere that if you drink 80oz of water a day, you begin to trick your body into thinking that it doesn't need to hold onto the extra water weight - I don't know if that is true but hey, drinking 80oz of water a day can't hurt, right? Haha! When I began my journey to lose weight, I also did a colon cleanse - picked up the "Super Colon Cleanse" at my local drugstore - and it helped me detox and kick-started my weight loss :)

Oh that is so helpful!! Thanks so much @kitty
Those fatty drinks NO! i only drink water and zero calorie Teas
And a light breakfast such as a banna with green tea and lunch something like a Granola bar with water and dinner shrimp and corn get it? Light but filling foods
Switch up your workout routine. Example one day go to the weight room and the next run ,because if you do the same thing every day your body will adapt! Good luck!!! :)
The old Indian way works for me well. You just mix a little bit of honey, a few drops of lemon juice and a cup of boiling water and have that twice a day
And drink heaps of water throughout the day!
Palaeolithic is the way forward. My friend lost 3 stone just from healthy eating and walking everywhere.
@kitty did u just stick to that diet or like workout and stuff too?? and does the dieters tea work?
You know what has really helped me? I recently bought a food processor and every morning I make myself some type of smoothie. Ill use ice and yogurt and fruits and vegetables and you can't even taste the vegetables and it is so good for you and keeps you full and focused for a while. Also eat lots of lean proteins and fish along with fruits and veggies. Lots of cardio and muscular training will help you lose the weight. I also do insanity and tred mill plus elliptical.
I recently got a treadmill actually :)
Thank you @gina ill have to definitely try that!!!
