I've been having some trouble with my foundation coming off and/or ending up looking all cakey by the end of my work day. What can I do to prevent that?

Try using a setting spray before and after you apply your face makeup. I love UD's All Nighter.

I would use a primer first then apply a thin coat of foundation then apply a lose powder;)

Try using bb cream instead. It's build able so it amounts to full coverage without looking cakes because its a moisturizer. Set it with transparent loose powder

Using powder foundation tends to make it look less cakey.. Bare minerals looks natural

Pur minerals powder is amazing, natural looking and good coverage! Doesnt even slightly compare to bare minerals. There primer is really good too! Obsessed!

I don't get why everyone now says cakey?! Foundation is way different from what a cake looks like lol. But anyways use a primer and a setting spray to keep it from running so it will stay in place! Best of luck

Use primer, mineral power foundation, and finishing powder. It stays on good and never looks cakey.

exfoliate, cleanse, tone, make sure your face is mouisterized well, primer, then use the luminous but good coverage foundation by no7 if you're on a budget, use concealer beforehand on the parts that need covering ( there's a new pro concealer pallette by MAC which is excellent. then to finish Use only a little powder on the tzone otherwise it will make your skin look dry and cakey it will also make it oily after time. for an all round dewy look try smashbox highlighter for your cheekbones. Xxxx hope this helps Xxxx
