If i put toothpaste on this scab from a blackhead will it go away?

i don't really know if it was a pimple or blackhead but i kept squeezing it and it became a scab and its been there since monday my friend said to put toothpaste on it and it will go away is that true please help me!
ps- the scab is on my upper lip.

It'll take the oil out if it, and make it smaller. Idk if it will make it go away, though. hope this helps!

If its a scab...you should be trying to heal it...Dab on a little neosporin on...scabs need to be kept moist not dried out
