I use the same stuff Angela. Works great. I just scoop out lil bit at a time either message into my scalp and hair. Let it sit for 30 mins or and rinse. And I also use it on my body. I have really dry skin during the winter months.

I let it stay overnight. but if you want you can also use a hot towel (heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds or dip it in hot water- works better).

cause I have dry skin during the winter also it sucks. was just using petroleum jelly for my face. still use it sometimes for my lips n face cause they get so bad

Coconut oil is great for dry skin. Put it on after you shower. So it licks in moisture.

Extra virgin is suppose to be the best! I am obsessing over this on my skin! it is amazing and doing wonders for my eczema and a current allergic reaction I just endured! This will definitely be a standout for me this week on my beauty channel @ YouTube.com/graceandglamor! I picked mine up at gnc!
