Patience. Supplements are good too, not only for hair growth, but overall health as well. Exercise to get the blood pumping, do scalp massages to get the blood pumping into your scalp more, eat right, drink lots of water, and take great care of your hair. But patience is the biggest thing.
I agree with Megan. I'd also add dark leafy vegetables to that list. You can also google foods that are good for you, but is also good for hair and nails. The main thing is to eat foods that are good for your body overall. When you have a healthy body, it'll show in all ways.
Take it from me i have hair up to my waist almost. I didnt trim for 3 years an tried to keepnit healthy at the tips mostly. Why? Because your hair grows only an inch every month and as you trim it uite a few times a year your hair will never progress in growing longer because you will be cutting off what you just grew out. So what i did was try keeping my ends healthy to avoid dried split ends for 3 years and drank biotin
Yep...all the girls give you great advices.Suppliments with fish-oil works great...Cut the ends every 3 months.Use the right products for your hair and masks(go for natural ones)...Patience and speak with it...:))))...I treat my hair as a person and I speak with it(too much tv,I know)...I read also that keeping your hair in a bun or braided helps also.Idk if its true...Good Luck!!! :)

Def biotin, I use 7500mcg, refrain from using heat as much as possible and if you do, make sure you use heat protector. LOTS of water too, goodluck!
