hey, im trying to lose some wieght foe my wedding and was interested if any girls have any ideas om fitness, working out tips? (: ♥ let me know!

1) Make it fun. Just shopping with a friend to jogging with your dog can count as exercise!
2) Eat healthy, drink a load of water! In the morning, sip boiling water with lemon. It cleans out a part in your body that burns fat! Drink TONS if water.. Iced preferably. It makes your body work harder to digest or whatever :P Every little thing counts.
3) Sleep! Stop eating about 2-4 hours before bed. In your sleep, you can't feel tummy grumbles or pains. It makes a big difference! Plus, sleep speeds up metabolism. Eat 5-6 mini meals instead if 3 large meals. It helps a ton!!
4) Don't starve. Your body will store food as fat because your body needs food. Food is fuel not comfort :)

5) Fix cravings. Instead of a burger and fries, eat a healthy sandwich with sweet potato fries. It still satisfies cravings :)
6) It's ok to indulge! If you deprive yourself of foods you love, you'll completely binge! Cheating is ok every now and then :) Good luck!!

If you want to lose weight fast and keep it off I strongly suggest you follow this diet.
No carbs, no sweets and no red meat. Just strictly veggies and chicken and you will lose weight like water ! Oh and drink lots of water too. I dropped most of my baby weight by this diet it's the best!

i got this app Nike training club, and let me tell you, the first time i did that workout i was frickin tired. I felt like i was gonna pass out or something but, it's just because it was the first time, the more you do it, the more you'll get used to it :)
