The best way to curl my hair using Bed Head mousse?

I've recently bought Bed Head Foxy Curls Extreme Curl Mousse, I really want defined curls. What would be the best way to use this mousse? Wet hair? Or applied then a curling iron ?

i say towel dried hair it can be a little damp. in my experiance this has worked the best. spray some in your hair and bunch up your hair until you get it how you want. Good luck sorry im not more of a help!
