You need to use a purple shampoo to cancel the green.

Actually to take out green you have to use red - as a bleached blond I sometimes get a greenish tint to my hair, and what works is ketchup, as crazy as it sounds, that's what chancels out the green! After that you can use a purple shampoo to take out any brassiness you hair might have :)

I would go back to the salon where you got the service and say that it is too ashy and you would like it glossed a bit warmer.
