What are your favorites?! Which ones work best for you? Any recommendations? I know there's a wide variety, anyone use the one hour express strips? thank you :)

Unless you have extremely straight teeth, they definitely miss over spots here and there. I can't use them because they made my teeth look patchy haha. I don't have straight teeth, but if you do, then they'll definitely work for you, any of them.

If you have sensitive teeth I wouldn't use the one hour ones. They will hurt more, or at least with my experience. I use the ones that take the longest since they don't bother my teeth but work just as well.

They didn't really do much for me. I would try smile sciences. For me it made my teeth about 5 shades lighter with 1 use, if you get the $299 kit and use the code BVDVKIT you get it for $29. That's how I got mine.

Could you give me more information about it please?

My friend who's a dental hygienist says those whitening strips are horrible for you and make your teeth very sensitive overtime. Personally I would just go get your teeth whitened at the dentist.
