How to get rid of clogged pores?

I have sort of big clogged pores around and on my nose area, any suggestions to reduce them?

If you fill a large bowl with hot steamy water and hold your face over it, it will open pores to let some of the stuff out. And then to close your pores dip your face in ice cold water a few seconds. (:
