I would personally go with extra small if it fits comfortably! It would hold in my jiggle better, lol.😂

Check how your knees and V zone look, if the band isn't too tight looking from behind and if you can sit comfortably without it showing your bum. If all of the above looks ok then I would go with the smaller one.

All of my work out leggings stretch out, rather than shrink, so I would get the XS. Nobody likes saggy diaper butt lol! It probably depends on the quality of the leggings though haha.
