You don't want a moisturizer that has spf, the chemicals just dilutes the spf, use a separate spf. How ever for skin care, fighting oily skin is tough, but I've found that combating the oil on my face with an oil cleanser. I use Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap. I wash my face with it every morning and sometimes at night. It's very drying. I use a facial sponge or a facial brush to really clean the skin. In about two weeks you will see results. Also make sure you moisturize right after cleansing, you don't want to with hold moisture from your face. You can get it at any drug store like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aide, I've found it at American Apparel. It's super cheap!

Check out the Alpha Hydrox line if you are looking for a more affordable line. Especially if wanting topical exfoliating as they have an 14% AHA serum and another treatment with 10% AHA. I can't think of any other line that goes below their price point (which is in the $14-20 range). You can find it ULTA and since its not a prestige brand you can use their $3.50 off coupon that you can print up off ULTA website towards purchase.
