I would worry about getting rid of them rather than covering them up.

Concealer if you must but it does make them worse in some cases.

Try this take a hot shower and stay in there for about 15 mins when you get out clean your face with a toner a a warm wash cloth and suffocate your pimple then clean with toner again try and pop it and again clean your face then apply a moisturizer. hope this works I do this for all my surprise pimples in the morning.

Use an ice cube it will bring down the redness and swelling. then grab only a little bit of concealer and apply it with a small brush on the pimple. also, try a small amount of toothpast on it to make it go away it helps me.
